No, i just shot it in monochrome i didnt use a tripod was led on my back in the garden. Tan Lines are a curse

Does look like it was just a little out of focus. I have a 400D and have tried moon-shots with my 75-300mm lens, plus 2x teleconverter, but they never come out quite as good as your shot. Can't beat a telescope really! Canon EOS 450D, Sigma 18-200mm, Canon 50mm f/2.5 Macro, 2x TC, Revelation 12" f/5 Dobsonian, Mintron PD2285-EX webcam.
