flash/camera bracket

lookin for a good quality middle of the road set up. what are you using and whats the general opinion as what works and what doesnt

using a 40d and 430 flash

I have the Custom Brackets CB Junior and I like it very much. It was more than I thought it would cost, but once I started shopping I realized it's not that much....relatively speaking!
And it let's me use the ST-E2 instead of connecting cords--that is, it doesn't interfere with the infrared signal.
