Great shot and editing. Only thing I'd do is brush in some midtones on her nose, where the color seems to be the same as the blush.

Thanks choomps. Do you mean with the Burn Tool? I'll give it a try and see how it goes.

I'd use the paintbrush tool, select a soft brush and turn the opacity and flow to about 15% and lightly go over it. Of course in PS, there are different ways of approach to achieve similar results.
