Cruising down the St. Johns river this morning (well actually for the past 5 days} and finally saw this kite roosting south of Astor. Been after one all summer. All the ones I have gotten so far are in flight. Editing this on my laptop as we are on the river so not quite sure how it really looks. These laptop connect cards are pretty cool albeit slower then what I am used to at home.
Sorry for not participating much lately. Even though this laptop connect card is cool it's testing my patience when loading photos from the web.
MKIII, EF500 with 1.4x, 1/800, f6.3, ISO 500, hand held on a rocking boat feeling a little queasy from last night.
