Like maybe one of the players and their horses preparing, a close up on an element of the game, or an after game shot showing the horses being comforted or whatever happens. That way the pics could tell a complete story, before, during, and after rather than just after. Again, this would only be if you were trying to make a photo story, not just cover a match. If so, see if you can get an after action shot with some of the players and horses, I think that would really complete the story. Just as a question, where do you photograph for these games?
