Here are some shots from this year. The local trails are the hard, rocky, steep ones that have had a few races on them and the others are Otter, Fontana, Santa Ynez and Parkfield!

Parkfield is cool! Planning on making it at least 1 day. Will hopefully have a new lens or 2 for it.....

awsome set! 7 and 8 are my favs.. im hoping to get some single track photos this weekend,, this is all just stuff to work toward hehehe, wish we had ski lift runs here, here in ky we have to climb back up hheheh

im borrowing a 430ex flash for this outing, so i hope to get good results for my bike shops website that is being made. and for shop posters.. i may try to get a few trail shots tomarrow for testers, will see, im trying to set up the flash with no instructions haha

I leave it at this, there are some really solid photos in that series, great work. 4, 6, 10 (w/ a tigher crop), 12, and 13 standout. Drop your exposure a fuzz on 12, and also crop 5 tighter and thats a winner too. I don't want to crit all the others as there are simply too many.

Had issues that day with the #12 was using the wife's 40D and shot too hot on a number of images. Luckily they are close and I can fix the JPG's. Shot 5 was with a 15 SIG fisheye and it came out well but as you said cropping would be better. I will do and load tomorrow to see how it looks.
