Hello - I go flying alot in Cessnas and was wondering if there are any pointers out there for taking pictures from the air to the ground ?

My one main problem is the plexiglass of the plane window itself - when i shoot on a crystal clear day, my photos appear almost pure white. It looks like we are flying in IFR or something. Are there any tricks to avoiding this?
