Canon Service in N.J. How long for a repair?

I sent in my Canon 30D FOR A NEW FOCUS SCREEN over two weeks ago. How long does a repair take? Have not heard anything from them. Thanks..:confused::confused::confused:

Took a little less than 1 week when I needed a new shutter. They overnighted it back to me when the repair was done. They will send you an email when it is done.

When I sent in my 5D less then 10 days later I received it back fixed :) It seems usually 10 days time from what I have seen on the forum and experienced.

I have always received a letter from them stating that they received my goods and it listed a number that I could track the repair. Most times i got back the goods about the same time I got the letter, 10 days to 2 weeks.


Not sure why, but call me JJ.
I used to hate math but then I realised decimals have a point.
