Is there a way of reversing the angle in photoshop. I already rotated it. Everytime I look at it it makes me dizzy! And no I cant go back and take another picture of the manhole

The text would be upside down but you would be looking down on the cover instead of feeling like you are looking up! Adjusting the perspective a little bit helps too.
