DonjuanMair! Very nice dramatic sky/land scape! I would almost go as far trying to make it black and white to make it a more mysterious look to it! But all in all, VERY NICE!

Set the AF point to one of the points on the grid and also I would use spot or partial metering to see if that helps

I would leave the colors just as they are... you can always desaturate later in PP. To me they look just right.

Glad to hear it! My previous camera produced more muted colors, so it has taken some time to get used to these more vivid colors, but I like it.

Helena, In the camera you can set user definded settings. I have set mine 1. all 0s, 2 to all 1s and 3 to all 2s. That way if I shoot and dont like what I see i can change quickly to the other. Very nice shots BTW.

Nice to meet another Sx-series fellow here! :) Thank you for the tip. That's a great idea.

Great photo's Helena, i am liking the 24-105 more and more

Thank you! Yes, it's wonderful. There is one thing I forgot to explain though: All from the start I have known that I will get a 5D too (I need two camera bodies), so I have chosen my lenses accordingly. I would probably have gotten the 24-105L anyway, but I can't say for sure. I just want you to know that it affected my decision.
