This one's catch lights look like an Orbis ringflash or Rayflash attachment?

Where do you find such interesting critters?

All three were on the outside walls of my Condo building. As for the flash, it was a 90.00 ring flash I got from B&H. Sold it because I did not like the results (no shadows made pics look flat). Thanks for the comments.

I know the glass blocks are distracting but thought it was a cool shot anyway ;).

there's probably a rule that disallows that in the NFL,
rugby apparently doesn't have a lot rules !

Actually rugby has too many rules, and they keep tinkering with them to make the sport more appealing to a wider audience (ie Asia/Americas) for the tv.

And to those that think rugby there are more injuries than NFL - as the players aren't padded, it actually hurts them, so they don't tackle anywhere near as hard = actually LESS serious injuries than NFL.

Anyway - back to the photo - was a nice shot.

Feeling both intrigued and challenged, I tried my first moon shots tonight. This is the one I'm most pleased with out of about a dozen shots.
Gear: XSi, 55-250, tripod Settings: M, 1/400, 7.1, 200
PP was a touch of contrast and a touch of sharpening.

New STi + work emotions... awesome
and the civic in the background with the HFP wheels isnt bad either.
Which ones yours?

Those are the new Advan RZ wheels, I believe. Work Emotions are quite a bit different, though they are split 5-spoke wheels. Emotions are thicker spoked and not as delicate looking.

The RZ looks much sharper, to me, on most cars. The Emotions look really sharp with a low offset and a concave face.

Just a random thought and I don't even know if it would do anything, but I was wondering if anyone has taken a pic of the moon through a CPL. Would it increase contrast at all? I know it would slow shutter speed pretty dramatically, but I was just curious if it has ANY effect at all.
