Honestly, who builds a city ON the coast that's 10 feet below sea level? I guess the french wanted the mouth of the Mississippi River pretty darn bad!

The French knew what they were doing. The cup of white stuff and the tips of the spoon and fork are the only things in focus really. Other than that, I'd say the shot would be pretty good. Website: Photography By NC
