i'm going semi-bonkers. I believe there's dusts on my sensors.

Ok, lemme see. There's two dust spots and a tiny hair-like dust when i view thru my viewfinder.I am not sure how long those have been there since this is the first time I looked thru it on a plain sky and realized they were there. I am pretty sure its not the lens since they are still visible on all the lesn I mounted.

Whether it affects my photos- 90% of the shots from my trip was not affected and they were the ones with fstops below F11 i guess. I was so upset when I saw two smudges on two of my long exposure shots which I believe was taken at F18 or somewhere there.

How do I check where this dusts are and whether I should be bothered to remove it , and how do i go about with it?

uhm.. You realize when you look through the viewfinder, you are just looking at the mirror's reflection right? When you take the photo, that mirror comes up, locks, then the shutter opens to reveal the sensor.

Therefore, if you have 'dust' through your viewfinder, it means nothing. It's only if you can see it in your photos.

If you have two smudges in your photos though, then yes, you must have a little bit on your actual sensor.

Just buy a Giotto blower from EBay -- Easy to fix.

just some normal lightroom exposure tweaking
the sky was that nice :)

bumped down the shadow to make all the buildings silhouette,
then used fill light to enhance the foreground bridge
traced a graduated filter with sampled sky colour (pink-purple) and dragged it from the horizon to the bottom
then finally brought up the highlights to lit up the houses lights

hope this helps
here's from another angle, although a bit of perspective correction could've been done :)
cheers

Whatever you do do NOT touch the sensor. Use a blowe as stated or use a proper cleaning kit (Risky though but the more expensive option is getting it cleaned by a pro in a camera shop etc). The crud in the viewfinder is annoying though and there is no real way to clean it out. I tried and ended up breaking it and ended up having to send it in for repair. I just live with it now.
