Thank you Salma! My shutter speeds were anywhere from 1/800 to 1/1600 at f/8 with ISO 200.

Ah nice, how much was that? <3

About $899 at my camera store -- probably could have gotten it cheaper online, but the sales people at my camera store always give good recommendations and never push me to buy more expensive stuff. The Sigma 120-400mm was about $500 less than the Canon 100-400mm. I took these shots handheld to test the optical stabilization -- not bad for a really heavy lens!

definitely sharp, nice "bokeh" - now go out and take a pic of something besides the (inferior) 50mm 1.8 !

That is an amazing picture! WOW!!! Speechless...

Thank you :)

Antelope Canyon is interesting...crowded with photographers, pretty small, and pretty expensive to get into, and yet you come away with some awesome photos. I couldn't imagine visiting without a camera though because the pictures make the lines and drive and admission cost worth while. I think I left with about 500 pictures of the canyon.

If you're talking about Antelope Canyon, it's in northern Arizona, just south of a town called Page. Kind of in the middle of no where (couple hours north of the Grand Canyon and west of Monument Valley). If you're ever in the area though it's worth taking a look!

Here's a few I took today of the USAF Thunderbirds.

Those are awesome! Man...I'm so close to a USAF base, I really need to make it out to a show.

Nice shots! Great framing and editing. How often do you find yourself using the macro lens? I've been wanting to get one but am kind of on a "buying freeze".

This lens is fantabulous, I just took a bunch of pictures of my jewellery, the clarity and sharpness is bloody fantastic, I am sooo glad I bought this. NO PP APPLIED apart from resizing.
