Dooglla is the person i was looking for THANKS to everyone who helped :) now i need to do a search and check out his work.. THANKS ALL!!

Gosh this may have been last year when i was on here but there was a guy/gal maybe out of the states whose processing and skin smoothing was some of the best ive ever seen. He had crazy makeup colors i think he would just change the color of them in photoshop... man this is like a needle in a haystack BUT if anyone knows of a master jedi skin smoother retoucher or the person im speaking of slide me his/her name if u wouldnt mind :)

Were you thinking of Mizuno?

There was a VERY popular thread here where he explained his technique.

Sadly, his title now says "User is banned from forums"

thats the title he selected. He wasn't actually banned.
