When did the Marketplace threads become "Unbumpable"?

Just curious. Not that I'm bumping, but I went to look for a thread, called dibs on something, and the thread stayed on the same distant page. It did not move to page 1.

It's an interesting feature. I was just wondering when it was implemented. I'm not even really asking why. I know why.

Take only pictures, leave only footprints...
