Wow, I spent a few minutes just looking at #2, its like a work of art. You're trying to see if the drops are falling towards the pencils or away from them, and then each drop has their own distortion of the image that is blurred in the background. Nice composition.

Yep, #2 is much stronger than #1. Nice work. Was the pencil-in-drop effect done through PP or was it SOOC?
