Got a chance to go out the 34th Annual Mid America Ford - Team Shelby National. Spent 3 days out at Hallett Raceway - (1.8 mile, 10 turn course). Still going through all the pictures... but thought I would share a few from the first day....

Thanks!

These were all taking using my 100-400L on my 40D... I did find in spots were the 100 was a tad long... and when it got REALLY overcast (storm clouds) the 4.5-5.6 was a bit slow... so I really think i need to put the 70-200 2.8 IS on my list... LOL

Scott Hoag's in-car video

It does sound good. Was that a track day? He wasn't pushing it too hard & we were only allowed passengers on school weekends.

Thanks guys!

And yes, the video from from the Saturday track day and this was the group that allowed passengers... We'll be hitting Gingerman in a couple weeks, so we should get some better video of Scott really pushing it! LOL!
