I'm personally not a fan of the shaddow either, I feel it is too overpowering but that's just me.
You will find the same of magazine and editors, what one likes the other will not.

Permanent banA lot of kids were stoked on it actually, just the one idiot who thought that the shadow was out of focus. I expected #2 to get ripped apart just because in my opinion it isn't my best work but it was the best from that shoot, and I wanted to get one of my longlens photo's critiqued. I just need to work on my timing for treflips. -Joseph
