I'm personally not a fan of the shaddow either, I feel it is too overpowering but that's just me.

You will find the same of magazine and editors, what one likes the other will not.

Yeah I just searched for skate-perception and found this post...wow! Negative, complaining that a shadow is "out of focus",:evil:

A lot of kids were stoked on it actually, just the one idiot who thought that the shadow was out of focus. I expected #2 to get ripped apart just because in my opinion it isn't my best work but it was the best from that shoot, and I wanted to get one of my longlens photo's critiqued. I just need to work on my timing for treflips.

Keep up the awesome work man. #1 killed for me! Great shot. Shoot what you think looks good. That's all that matters.

yeah that site is MAD gay. I had a blink 182 avatar, and people automatically speculated that I was gay and stopped paying attention to me.

Yep basically. And then all the kids that spend an assload on a hassyfad ( :P )or a bronica and then call shooting digital "gay." And then you have the other kids who shoot all manual focus, even though they can't focus well at all, so they go into photoshop and apply the sharpen filter 20 times until the picture looks slightly in focus but there's so much grain it's hard to distinguish wtf is going on.

I really want to shoot someone doing a front tail on this ledge.

that is amazingly funny. sounds a little like Pinkbike if there are any mtb'ers out there. Kids these days, sheesh! If they could just ditch the girl pants and Deathcab tunes, they might stand a chance.:lol:
