Just wondering about my BGE2N, When i have 2 batteries in it it wil eventualy show 1 bar of battery left, when i go to charge it one is empty and the other is full, Why wont it run both down and how do i fix this?

You may have to check to see if your batteries are making good electrical contact with the BG-E2N. Try inserting only one battery in the grip and alternate it between the two battery bays. If your camera doesn't power up, that particular bay's contacts may need to be cleaned or are broken.

I just tried that and if i put a battery only in the section closest to the shutter button it wont power up, if i put the same battery in the other side it will, but i have no idea if i can place only one battery in that section? See if the contacts in the right battery bay look like the ones on the left. They may just need a little cleaning with an eraser or may be bent upwards a bit. There is also a plunger switch above each battery. My guess is that they are there to check for the presence of batteries. Check to see if the plunger thingy plunges or is broken off.
