The Toronto based Mustang clubs had their annual "Mustangs at Mosport" event. I was planning on taking 1000+ pics on Wednesday, but I was on the track 40 minutes of every hour so I got a bit too busy for lugging around a camera.

I did manage to take 7 :) so here are the best 2...

#1. - My coupe, driven by a friend:

#2. - And another friends' silver hatch:

C&C appreciated.

Looks like you had fun out there! Glad to see people taking their racing to the tracks instead of doing it on the street. The 'stangs look good!

I like Mustangs!

Nice pics... but I tend to like pics where the car is headed towards me, not away... but that's me...

I do too, but I'm new to panning and they were going by at about 160km/h !!!!

Good start to your motorsport photography. Personaly I would have shot them a bit earlier with the cars coming at me. Or even at a 90 Degree to me.

Pretty good for a 1st attempt. Oh, and you have a really clean notch by the way...

Looks like a nice survivor.

I was trying but I just wasn't fast enough. Some that I took earlier before the cars passed were not focused nicely. The cars were passing by at about 160km/h and I was only about 50ft away so it was tough to pan that fast. I did get some to work at a different event from further back using a 300mm zoom.

I wish it was a survivor. It was in an accident with the previous owner so the frame is slightly twisted but I have it mostly straight now so I can run it on the track. The paint is what I call "re-sale red" as it was painted just before I bought it, the car being originally yellow. But it is in great condition and rust free which is rare for a 16 year old car in Canada :) Thanks for your interest. There are a few more images that I have taken of it here:
