help with part of this image?

So i actually got a picture of my cat tonight... he actually took it easy and didn't run away when i put the camera in front of him (I think he was tired - haha.

I like the picture (I mean it's not great, but I don't have any good ones of him) but the lighting on his tail is bothering me... it looks to have a blue hue on two sections of the black parts (at least on my monitor).

I'm not exactly sure how to fix this, I have access to CS2 but I mainly just use DPP and in this case I changed the WB, added some contrast and sharpened it up a bit, then resized in CS2 to post here.

So is there a problem on his tail and if so, how do i go about fixing it?

Reflected light from the TV or a window maybe? I attached a rework I did.
Create a new adjustment layer then choose--Image--Adjustments--hue/saturation--choose "blues"--sample the blue area of the cats tail--backed the saturation down to -60
To bring the blue back to the window area go back to the saturation screen, choose "cyans", sample center of blue in the window. Increased saturation back up to +50 and this is what I got.

Copy in front is the original overlayed to show no loss of blue in the window.
