The fair is an annual event (36 years now) for essentially misplaced children of the 60's (locally it's called the hippy fair). It's held in mid-July and a lot of the women who attend enjoy going "top free" like their male counterparts. There are many, many elaborate costumes and outfits people wear to the fair (it's a people photographer's paradise) and there are body painters located throughout the fair that will provide decoration for the folks that want it. Bridge generally always gets painted at the fair. Mark
