A few taken at the mass photo gathering at Trafalgar Square in London on Saturday 23rd January to protest against the misuse of Section 44 of the Terrorist Act and the treatment of photographers by the police and other "authorities" such as security guards. I just missed it. I just got back from London on a business / vacation trip. Looks like a great gathering.

Good to see him learning the value of different viewpoints at such an early age!

That is awesome. I've got a son due in May and I can't wait to start teaching him photography. Already trying to find him his first camera. ha ha Might get him a Nikon d40 cause they are basically toys anyways, but of course I wouldn't wanna make him STUPID from using a Nikon. ha ha maybe an xsi with a nifty fifty.

I was gonna do the same being that the kid tuff camera was the same price as the cheaper point and shoot...the problem is they break when they drop them.
I was actually thinking of giving him my old s400, but he'll break it within a day

That's what it looks like.

Yeah but it is a Nikon lens and hood painted white right?

Actually Nikon released a few of the longer lenses with off white as a color choice. They haven't done it with the recent replacements though.
