Well, that's interesting, it is a boating dock going out into the river, I guess that since the water is flowing from the right, the dock must block enough of the flow to smooth things out? I never really noticed:)!

Heh! Nope, but I was in Phoenix a buch of years ago when there was rain and the Salt River actually "ran" and all kinds of streets got flooded:)!
