Why does the guy on the far right get to wear shorts and a T-Shirt while everyone else in hidden in Camo?

They're NATO Training Mission troops, so who knows?

I've always wondered about this... don't sports photographers get really, really cold fingers with winter (including football, I might add) sports? I feel like standing around with my fingers exposed would be torture...

I can't shoot in the winter with my fingers exposed. They will freeze in seconds. I tried to do it in -12 degrees celscius

On this day it had about -10°C but we had to run around the whole time. I had no cold fingers because I had always to work with my hands and they were well supplied with blood.

For other wintersports when you have to stand around I use: http://www.enjoyyourcamera.com …r-L-EU-schwarz::3785.html (external link)
