Are you sure...that looks like a crop of your wife's image to me. They appear to have been taken at the same instant.

I'm positive.

Go to the gallery and hover over the images and it'll show you the EXIF data to show that they were taken with two separate cameras

The shoreline also gives it away. Specifically, the taller stand of trees in the first one right above the dolphin's head is farther to the right in the second image.

the wife's pic was taken second , the water is lower down on the dolphins body ,
but very close shots and nice ,


1Dx mkii, 24mm L f1.4, ef400mm 2.8 mkii, 70-200mm mkii ,50mm f2 ,16-35L f2.8 ,100mm L f2.8, ef135 f2.8 other bits n pieces.

some from the wedge today. The lady in the shorts pissed me off. She was looking at where I was sitting and then stood right in my line. I had to yell at her to move and she finally did with a snotty look of course. Come to find out she is a getty shooter and from others that have talked to her she thinks she is the hotness. Of course she was shooting in mostly the wrong place the whole time I was there. At least thats what I was told by a few of the other photogs there.

Huge lens there. Is that the Sigma 800 or she shooting with a Nikon. Can't tell.
