content is good but, there are alot of distracting elements about boths shots. The composition also needs to be alot tighter / cropped inward...

shot 1 has an arm in the corner of the picture which is v distracting
shot 2 there is a hand, and some ones leg which is off to the side...
i mean a crop like this...
obv it looks a bit pixelated

You have parts of others bodies in the frame..a tighter crop would eliminate them.

You could even crop the leg out of the shot.do a portrait instead of landscape....
The first one, crop the arm out.... I even tried just having the little girl in the shot seeing as she is in focus..
