I always step it down to f2 and above. heres 100% crop Comparing the f1.4 to f2.8 is a huge difference, and comparing it to the L lens, it looks really bad. I've tried manually focusing it, but no luck. I actually believe the focusing is spot on. Have you guys seen this issue? There's no problem with the focusing, it's just not sharp at f1.4. Anyone know the problem? Thanks.

I settled with it like that for a while and just stopped the lens down to f/2.0 or slower whenever I used it. I finally had some time to play with micro adjusting the lens and I think I've found a micro adjustment that works for me. Adding +5 micro adjustment looks like it fixed the issue. I might have to fine tune it a little more, but I'm feeling a lot more confident using this lens at f/1.4.
