They are slightly higher than the Ultra II. You can get it from B&H in the 1GB size now, other sizes to follow soon. Rick

I just got word from a Lexar support tech that it is not compatible with USB1, so some of you may find that useful info. The Lexar website also does not list Canon cameras as being able to utilize the 80x speed. Any experts out there that can confirm this? Jim

Yes - the Write Acceleration technology must be present in the firmware of the camera in order to take advantage of it, and Canon does not support it. The Lexar cards are still mighty fast without it, but you pay extra for the WA technology. Rick
