There are a number of State operated full service stops with toilet facilities, some offering features that extend all the way to restaurant plazas and gas stations, but that scope varies by State and applies only to very major thoroughfares and pay roads. Some of the older routes, or less utilized roads, often have rest areas and you depend on gas stations for the toilet. There are even dedicated For-Profit Fuel/Food/Toilet stops. Here in Texas we have a chain that built an empire on providing clean toilets and - no joke - they are fantastic. As a talking estimate, there's a full service stop after crossing every State Border (on major highways) and then every 50-80 miles (that's like every 300,000 kilometers) within the State. X100T XT3
