hi yall,
still sorting a few shots, i was able to get a few guys out to get some pics for my bikeshops website the other night. and still trying to figure out the best setting to get what i need, this shot has the layout im looking for but it was getting dark so i know its not great. i think i may have an issue with converting from raw to jpeg, since the raw image looked alot sharper.. any tips would be great, c&c welcome

The exposure looks okay with the flash. How to you sharpen in PS ? Are you using USM?

The image here doesnt look sharp only because of the file size. Making it low enough quality to get is under the file size limits often causes pictures (larger pictures even more so) to come out looking a little funny.

How do you sharpen (smart sharpen, USM, sharpen, high pass) and when do you sharpen (first or final step)?

yes this is a very downsized quality shot due to the redictulous file limits here, i have my xti set to sharpen 2 stops on the camera, and saturate the same,, tho digital photo pro seems limiting to me, i may try to use jpeg next time out.. i just need a mark1 :D:cry: ill post another later from this trip
