(When reading it, please disregard the text in red about the AIDS awareness thingy. As stated, this release can be modified from the example posted on the ASMP website to suit indivitual needs)
The book is a documentary, featuring my own photos on a specific subject which I will not mention. I'll be self publishing, selling through my own website and any other avenue I can get it into.
I'm curious if the release form provided in the link is on par with what I need or do I need to modify it to work for me.
1) Book is a documentay containing interviews and pictures.
2) Book will be sold for profit.
3) Am NOT using 'models'.
4) Will be featuring random average people.
5) Book is NOT derogatory or slanderous in any way.
6) I will not be monetarily compensating anyone used in the book.
7) If I can generate enough sales, I will be donating proceeds to a local charity.
Any help and insight would be greatly appreciated. This is a new venture for me and I am eager to get as much ironed out before hand.
