I wanted to know where do you mostly aim for as far as advertising. maybe you are set now with your clientele but where did you start? For everything else, advertising is a waste of money as you are up against those who go direct to the bookers through emails, mailshots, agencies and so on. yes i understand what you mean, since i started off i kinda figured i would just be open to any type of photography and start from there... then down the road see what works for me, as now 4 months later i see that i love sports and fashion and model photography, weddings arent bad but could be a pain in the butt... but i know word of mouth is the best.
