Shot this in the french quarter in New Orleans. Shot with an xti and tamron 18-250

I think this shot would benefit from a crop, because the people in the background are distracting. Also, I would have used a wide open apature to focus more on your subject and create more bokeh. Remembering the rule of thirds, I would have placed the subjects head at a cross point. Weird guy nonetheless.

This picture already looks like a crop.
I agree it needs to be cropped differently.
Isolate the subject, as the others in the picture aren't "in" the picture anyways.
Here's one that might work with "Selective Coloring".
Darken the background and leave the subject in color.
