all I can do is stand and applaud you with the others here on that first shot particular. An award winner for sure. You need to get that one published for sure. Contact the outfit who host that rodeo in WY.

GREAT JOB!!!!

I use Canon gear...have several bodies and lenses and am quite pleased with them.

Thanks for looking & commenting. I do intend to contact the promoters of that rodeo and see if they would like to license use of that image in particular in their promotional materials.

(As usual, it's better to be lucky than good ;))

Allen.. (mho, of course, on all this) I wouldn't restrict yourself to marketing your print #1 to just that rodeo or rodeo grounds. I'm sure there has to be a Professional Rodeo Assn publication. (think "big time".. LOL). Maybe look around on the search engines. .. who knows, there may also be some 'official' publications for professional steer wrestlers. (??). That shot is probably one in a million.

You might also reduce the size of that shot posted here some too. your watermark could easily be removed and someone else could snag it.

It really is a unique shot.

I thought about the PCRA; and need to do more research ASAP about rodeo organizations. Thanks for the suggestion.

Amazing shot and such luck. I love shooting horses, cowboys and kids :o) Of course with 29 horses, I get lots of horsey shots :)
