If the bike manufacturer discovered the photos after they had been licensed to the advertiser and used; Would the photographer, the advertiser, or both be liable? Bodies, Lenses, Lights, Stands, Transmitters, Receivers, Tripods, Meters, etc...

I understand that you have a copyright signature on the bottom of the pictures, but that would not stop somebody from still stealing your picture and using it without your permission. Especially with how copyright lawsuits are going these days, it would be a hard battle to win. I would recommend putting a watermark over the image in the future. All of your pics above are great and would be easy to be saved and used without your knowledge. I'm just looking out for your best interest. Good luck in your sale.
