Okay, so 4 1/1 months old and with my bew 40D gear! i took some pictures, been about 5 months since i took pictures, and now adjusting to new gear, what do i need to do better?

Honestly looking at some of the pictures, i am dam impressed with what i got, no post processing or anything done, these are untouched pictures.. 40D / 17-85mm with a 430EX flash... i don't do portraits really, cant seem to get a knack for them but perhaps that is changing, and personally i do tend to like overly contrast pictures.. maybe why i like these... but crit is more then welcome! please browse! The pictures!, twins, one is a little thinner in the face then the other.

I loved this one, until i realized the bottle in the way :(

They seem fascinated with the camera...

I don't like doing full body shots, i seem more interested in the faces of people.

Yes, the link is large, if you can just upload the best one, people will stop to look and comment.

Very cute and congrats! The shots are quite good. You must have glued his eyes open. Or he is just amazed at your appearance and stares.

thanks all!

they are are 2 great kids!

for sure, to get the attention at a bbq, people were trying to stand behind me make noises and sounds, when that didn't work i just moved the camera into their view, and then moved back and their eyes just locked on for a good minute or so, enough to get some good shots!
