And now you know exactly why I don't go to the cinema, although my Holden would probably be less of a target than a Toyota.

Well, sadly Kev, I have no choice.

At least the car is heavy. One of the other guys had his car tipped on its side. I hate this town... Although I assume the youth are little bastards everywhere.

Another two shots from the same club. I like that venue, will make that the last venue for the night so I can chill there for a bit.

Maybe you should check out some of the theft prevention devices they use in South Africa?

Clarence...I've probably missed it during my sporadic visits, but what exactly do you shoot in nightclubs for?

Oh dear. Somehow I doubt the "100% guaranteed not lethal by firefighters/medical people/etc."...

I wonder if there's a video of that in operation up on Youtube yet. :p

Bwahahahahaha. I love it!! :p

I wouldn't be too concerned in flicking the switch if some dude with a weapon was trying to carjack me, blinding or otherwise.

We are so lucky living in the "lucky country", sometime stories like these make you appreciate it even more.

Yeah - anything to keep safe. I recall a story of someone who electrified the door handle which came on when the car was locked - anyone who tried the handle to get in got a nasty surprise!

We are kinda isolated here, that's for sure.

"South African courts allow killing if convinced that it's in self-defense" - there's a place I'd like to send our judges off to see.

Never judge a person till you walk a mile in their shoes - by then it won't matter. You are a mile away and they have no shoes.

Free drinks and women? (or men).

I am paid to do so. I'm meant to take photos of pretty boys and girls, and those pretty boys and girls having fun / in a lively mood.

Funny you should mention that - I actually don't drink. I probably could/should exploit the system a bit more... hmmm...
