A shopping question for you...I'm looking for some photo frames for 8x12 prints ... anyone have any clue where to shop for these (preferably pro rates). I've looked at coralcoast.com.au and just don't see any...

Have you considered looking in your local Reject Shop or Warehouse type place? Usually you can get fairly decent looking frames for unbelievably cheap prices.

Never judge a person till you walk a mile in their shoes - by then it won't matter. You are a mile away and they have no shoes.

Am about to sign up for a smugmug account. Anyone on here with one that wants the points for getting a newb to sign up? Just need an email address or 'coupon code', whatever that is.
Also..where's the place to buy Spyder 3 here in Oz? Or is there a better option than that one?

Dan...that ND8 print is just gorgeous....wall stuff that! I love the detail you got in the foreground and great DOF. How do you get photos to upload that are over 150kbs? It won't let me.

Nice shot! But what a stupid looking bird. Do you have more shots of it? Is it just the one shot it looks funny, or they always look like that?

I am not a bird person at all - don't take offense by my comment :)

Yup, just a quick trip :)

I'll look, thanks for the link, but they actually want something relatively nice.

I just hung up the phone from hubby...didn't even see this guy when I answered - only when I went to put the phone back on the hook - YIKES!

Well Kristen...unless you were using a 100-400...at 400!!!...you wre a LOT closer than I would have been! Tell me you weren't using a 100mm macro! (((((SHUDDER))))). That being said...that's a great shot...brilliant lighting!

Angus...I am blonde...and I have no idea what a Flickr promo code is.
I may just do a search on here and pick someone with a smugmug.

No problem! they have the bright red-orange beak and eyes but the pink fleshy legs are rude!

Nah, they're always like that - well ok, maybe not on that angle, but that's an Oystercatcher for you.

I took fright over the prices for Spyder here, and ordered from B&H - cheaper shipping than adorama. Check the exchange rate, and shipping costs now though to compare.
I'm with Smuggers, you can use lla.baila.salsa@gmail.com (external link) if you want. The coupon is a bit long and random.
