Got my first bird in flight today. Was in at the harbour shooting other stuff and this guy came past and i got about 5 really good shots of him.

Good work Dan, I had one in there a few months back, afterwards I thought, hey they get the right to use my photo and I get nuthin out of it apart from some people saying "I saw your piccy in the paper".

The funny thing after I submitted my image to them and before it was published one of their staff photog's had a full front page shot of the same subject with a very similar long exposure to that of mine... hmmm me thinks great minds work alike to be positive about it!:rolleyes:

I'm finding lately that the MT-24 helps a lot. I do have a CS3 action that boosts the colour a bit. Got it of the web ages ago and it's loosely based on Provia film. It had a Velvia action with it but this one is far too much for anything but Scenery.
