So I had just got done washing my car the other day and realized I hadn't taken any pictures of it with my 30D since I got it about 6 weeks ago. I was running out of daylight so I didn't have time to go anywhere neat for a good background, so I just took them in my driveway. It was also the first time shooting any car with my 12-24 which it looks like I will be doing a lot more of...I really like the angles you can shoot from.

It looks good in 1 & 4. Get it away from the houses & crud & it will rock!

Nice Job on these. The shot of the badge is very nice. Ditto what Frank said.

Not even in the least. I just dont see the point of them. They distort to much to be beauty shots. Definatley not "Artsy". And generally uninteresting. Rig shots are an exception. But in general...No

Yeah I want to build my own rig...looking for those F1000 Avenger suction cups, seem to be hard to come by though.

I don't like the focus on the SS badge. If you are going to use that shallow of a DOF, I think I'd start the focus at the left of the badge instead of the middle. I think you also have a similar focus problem on shot #2.
