Surf Shot with effects

I tried a little Scott Kelby and Dave Hill type effects on this image for something different. I know the effect has been done to death lately but I hadn't seen it on a surf image so I thought I would take a stab at it...

I dig. Makes me think of the beginning of Lords of Downtown, kind of a dirty grimy feel.

Interesting idea but a bit "Exxon Valdez".
Tourism wont like them, maybe weird surf mags...
