I saw a lot more noise, hot pixels, with DPP which I was not able to see in ARC or Lightroom. It seems like ARC and Lightroom did some noise reduction to the RAW, well at least all hot pixels are removed. Does anyone have this experiecen before? 5Di, 5Diii, 28, 50, 85, 16-35II, 24-105, 70-200F2.8 IS

Another related question. Even without any NR, should we see hot pixel at ISO800 and ISO1600 at all? This is for 5D and 30D 5Di, 5Diii, 28, 50, 85, 16-35II, 24-105, 70-200F2.8 IS

Try putting your camera into sensor cleaning mode for a few seconds, and the camera may just map out the hot pixels for you.
