"The Bean" in Millenium Park, Chicago

Went down there the other day to check it out. It was really crowded, as expected. Here are a few shots I took:

Hopefully I will get better shots in the future, as I am moving to Chicago next week. :cool:

Some nice shots. Tough thing to shoot - the Bean. I've always had difficulty shooting art. Hard improve on what the artist has done.

You will love Chicago. Both my kids live there, so we are there a lot.

Wow! There have been several photos of "The Bean" posted, but I don't think I've seen any with people next to it. It's much bigger than I thought it was! Good luck in Chicago.

Is the bean a little more depopulated at night? I've always wanted to shoot the thing, but without the hordes.

I think early morning will me the best time to shoot...ppl will be less and then there will no fingerprints on the bean...

I love the last shot...unusual angle...
