Very nice picture. If I may rant a little...

I really am jealous of you guys that get to capture these great pics. I tried to do the same at my local airport (Gulfport-Biloxi Regional) and got detained and almost taken to lockup. I was in the parking lot of a closed restaurant just to the right front of the landing light array, really trying to be as obvious as possible. A police officer approached in his car, lights flashing and with a BAD attitude. I was calm and cooperative. I was told that what I was doing was illegal and that I should turn over my camera equipment. I respectfully declined and asked that he call his supervisor. I was "asked" to sit in the back of his car while he called for his supervisor. I tried to ask what exactly I was doing wrong and was told, "You could be a terrorist."

To make a long story short, the police supervisor came and "let me off the hook" and told me, "don't let us catch you over here again". I haven't been back since.

You guys keep posting these great pics and I'll keep waiting 'til the closest airshows.

Optical illusion attributed to upward angle of the wing combined with the rearward angle of the vert stab.
