hey guys...

Would you please tell me if this image works? I am blowing this up to 20x16 and framing it.. is the collage effective? corny? Does the image work ?

Any C&C would be appreciated. Thank you

You have such a great photo of them alone I almost find the ones on the left stealing my attention. I'm on the fence about the collage. Care to put up one without the collage on the side for comparison?

If I was to be really nitpicky.. there is a shadow on the side of her face from some hair you could pretty easily clone out I think.

I quite like the photo itself.

I see that the white margins you have on the top and bottom are needed to get your 16 x 20 aspect ratio. Unfortunately, they kill it. Think of something else to do with that space.

i hate to disagree but i think the small shots detract from the main picture. id rather have one big beautiful shot (big one) w/out all the small ones cluttering it up.
but,thats just me.

I have to admit that I also find the inset pictures somewhat distracting. Possibly because of the hard edges they have in comparison to the main photo. I can see what you're trying to achieve though but perhaps it need a slightly different approach.

I don't suppose that helps much though...

I think it's pretty nice. I don't find it distracting because I can look at the main image, then look at the small images, and then look at the big one again. I'm sure hanging on a wall at 16x20 the small pictures won't be as distracting as they are at PC screen size. In fact...

Yeah, so I just turned on my 37", and at that size I think it looks great.

I think I'd like to see the small shots in color though (just for comparison).

thank u so much for the heads up folks... i decided to keep the image as is.. and go with a 16x24 size so there isnt a border... it was placed in the front of the reception hall today at the wedding and it looked great!
