A guy named Jim built this '62 Austin Healey 3000 from a kit. It's powered by a '91 350 Camaro motor with a 3-speed auto trans pushing a 8" 2.79 Mustang rear end. Suspension is Mustang II.
I didn't get to talk with him, but I'll bet it's fun to drive! (In a straight line.)

Sitting still, yes. But I'd like to crank it around a corner to see how it handles with that great lump of motor in there.
On 2nd thought, maybe I wouldn't like to do that at all?
