The post frenzy continues.

Another meeting from earlier in the year with some very photogenic cars and good action. The weather was also changeable as the shots will demonstrate. As usual, 40D, 120-300 & 70-200 were the weaponz of choice. Innit.

May as well start with a pan. I used to have a Fiesta like this in 1991, but it was much slower and more rusty.

Nice work Dave. The Beemers into Druids is the pick of the bunch for me.

However there's something lacking from you in your recent post frenzy....No Le Mans trip this year ?

went to Le Mans this year mate, the only camera I took was a Nokia N73!

it made the race and atmosphere even better - plus much less knackering! carrying all my crud around gets a bit tiring, especially at 3am, when you should just be chilling to Radio Le Mans and having a coffee at Tetre Rouge.

i don't blame you Dave, it can be a right pain carting all the kit around.

I may need to pick your brains about Le Mans soon. I've been thinking about a trip for ages and it's about time i actually did it.

Nice set. Just one thing, did you increase the saturation?

Nope, just used crap lenses and added a small amount of VelviaVision™ afterwards - I'm talking 10% so hardly anything. The only one that has had anything different is the BMWs into Druids, the fence makes your shots look soft and lack contrast so I upped the contrast on that and added an extra pass of USM.

Great shots Dave, I really like the old school Fiesta and the VW pans and I can imagine what's going through the Maestro drivers head at that moment.... ooooh ****;)
