You can keep the beer - I like British ales - but that's a nice building with some neat ornamentation. Thanks for the shot.

no, not good stuff. you realize they had to shoot that commercial at like 5 in the morning or else all the actors would get overrun by an angry mob of st louisians

i know if i was taking the brewery tour that day and i saw a line of people "breaking up" with the king i'd be ready to throw down!

are we going to start a debate on beer now?!

don't get me wrong, i enjoy a nice dark guiness every once in a while. but nothing will satisfy me more than a nice american lager. although bud light is one of the most popular beers in the US you'd be surprised at some of the other beers brewed by AB. i'm currently half way through the Micheloeb "Ales & Lagers" holiday sampler pack my uncle got me for xmas. including mich (golden lager), a special pale ale, a honey lager, an all hops "specialty ale", "marzen" which according to its label contains only four ingredients: water, hops, barley and malt, and of course you can't forget their amber bock.

unlike a lot of americans i enjoy just about every beer to touch my lips, but if there is one thing that i absolutely cannot stand that is beer that is not ice cold. i've heard of the room-temperature guiness served in europe and it just horrifies me!

i will always be loyal to AB (heck, i have lived in st louis for 22 years) but i also have a special place in my heart for micro brews. rolling rock out of PA, boulevard out of kansas city, and even schlafley out of STL.

to keep this discussion rolling i'll be sure to post more beer pics as i find them
